The name Hoyu originates from the meaning of friends joining hands, and we strive to create new business, while strengthening friendship with our product's consumers as well as business partners.

Ever since our establishment in 1905, during every era in the course of a history now spanning over a century, Hoyu has continuously taken the lead in the hair-fashion industry. In response to the desire of our customers to be more beautiful, we have constantly and diligently been pursuing the search for new concepts of beauty.

Our concept of beauty is not just superficial. Our true desire is for all of our precious customers, who have become more youthful and more beautiful by using our products, to be able to lead their lives with fulfillment and genuine contentment. Therefore, we placed a new slogan, COLOR YOUR HEART, and we have been working on polishing up our technical and marketing skills, to be able to provide our customers with products that have higher quality and that are safer to use.

Our aim is to consolidate our position as Japan’s leading company in hair coloring products even more, and to provide our customers with an even greater choice of other kinds of hair cosmetic related products. Our goal is to be loved by our customers forever.
